The location is convenience
The room was not only old, but it had a very serious problem with the bathroom, could not open the shower, the tap, the toilette because the floor will fill with water and we had to dry it with towels. It was terrible and stressful to get to a hotel and run into this problem. The first number we called didn't know what to say, then we called another number and we spoke to Juan Pablo who sent the maid and she changed us to another room. The new room was not bad, but it was not properly maintained, the shower tap was broken, dirty curtains in the windows, there was not decent bed sheets, the sheeets were made of polyester, old towels almost dark. We were not expecting a 5 or 4 stars hotels but at least something clean and well maintained. So it was NOTa good experience.

The room had everything we needed and was being cleaned every day. It is close to the subway (Subte) and a few restaurantes. The doorman that stays at night is very kind and willing to give tips and information about the city.
Although we didn´t have problems with our staying, there should be someone from the hotel at the reception in case some problem comes up. The stove wasn´t working properly, but the microwave played its role.
